Priority certificate

The rightholder, or the successor in title of the rightholder, or his representative may request a certified copy of the application filed on the date of filing accorded. The request should be submitted in written form.

How much does it cost?

Fee for copying per page (including the description, the claims and the drawings) is HUF 300; the fee for legalisation is HUF 3000 per document.

Comment

We send the priority certificate by mail to the customer, to the address given by him, upon settlement of the invoice sent.
